I was playing around on iTunes today, checking out who sang the song from the MacBook Air commercial, which by the way I want and I found a widget that you can add to your blog which shows readers what albums, TV shows, and movies you have downloaded from there. I thought that it was pretty cool, so I added it, check it out on the right! untitled.bmp

I have found this web site that is GREAT and should be used by ALL Video bloggers or anyone wanting to distribute video content on the web. It is called, and how it works is you upload your videos to and they distribute it out to 12 different video sites. You do not have to sit there and go to each site and upload one video 12 different times, they do it all for you. You simply upload, title, tag and categorize your video and then click launch and they take care of everything else

It gets even better though. When you use TubeMogul, they have different charts that you can use to compare which sites you are getting the most hits from and they also give you custom charts if you only want to chart particular sites.

Now get this: IT’S FREE!!!! – Go to and start uploading.

Right now they support Revver, YouTube, Veoh, AOL Video, Yahoo Video, Blip, MySpace, Metacafe, Google Video, Dailymotion, Crackle and Stupidvideos. They are adding more and more sites as they become available, and the staff is very easy to work with and communicate with you very well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TUBEMOGUL.COM

I finished the second of my New Year’s Resolution Books, You: Staying Young, by Michael F. Roizen, M.D. and Mehmet C. Oz, M.D. This is the 4th of the 5 books that I have read by these guys and it was a nice addition to their library of books. I first heard about Dr. Oz’s first book, You: The Owners Manual, while I was at the bookstore with my wife one day. She heard someone talking about it, and so we decided to give it a read. It was a very intersting book about how the human body works and different things you can do to keep it in shape. Dr. Oz is now featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, and he also does a Discovery Channel show.

In You: Staying Young The Owner’s Manual for Extending Your Warranty, the doctors (Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen) go into the details of how you can live and longer and a healther life. They begin the book dicussing all of the different Major Agers in the body, starting with Telomeres, then on to the Heart with Oxidation and Inefficient Mitochondria, dealing with stress, toxins, and horomones just to name a few.

One of the facts that I found interesting was that when you are doing deep breathing through your nose, when you inhale, you have receptors in your nose that release nitric oxide into your system. What nitric oxide does is it helps dialate your lung passages and arteries to keep your blood moving freely.

All in all, this is another great addition to the very interesting complications of the human body. Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen keep you very entertained while you are learning what you need to know about the human body, from the mind to the heart, the lungs to the sexual organs; they cover it all! Follow the Link Below, and you will find a video of the two Docs talking more in depth about their books:

Skit Happens is an improv comedy troupe out of Lafayette, LA. They just finished up a weekend of shows. I was fortunate enough to attend the December 22, 2007 show while I was down there for Christmas. Throughout the show some of the members gave a monologue that they wrote themselves, and this was probably my favorite:

I have been a Nintendo fan ever since the original NES debuted back in the ’80s, and how Nintendo has done it again. They have made an awesome Mario game, Super Mario Galaxy. In this version of Mario, you fly to different galaxies from the Mothership rescuing Lumas. It has awesome control play with the WiiMotes and is a great game for all Mario/Nintendo Fans! Check out my video review by clicking the picture/link below!super-mario-galaxy-urmrgay.jpg<

I finished this book two days ago, so I figured that I should tell you about it. My wife is a teacher, and she is the person that turned me on to this book. It is about some of the differences between poverty, middle-class and the wealthy. I think that if you have a better understanding of all three types of sociao-economic types, that you have a better chance of getting furthur in life. Think about it. Many of the wealthy people today started off in poverty, and they went through a process of learning to get to the wealth that they have today.

What really caught my attention about this book was when my wife read off to me the “hidden rules” of each class. It really was amazing how the way we think is preprogramming us into a certain class, and how the different classes associate with one another in the class, such as in the type of register they use (speech), discipline, etc.

This book is a fantastic book for any educator, disciplinarian, or anyone who supervises in the work place. It is a quick read, only 183 pages and is very informative. I would highly recommend this book by Ruby K. Payne, PH.D
