Last night I was at my friend’s house to play some Rock Band 2 on XBOX 360, and he mentioned something about Lego Rock Band
(pre-order now). This game is to be a more “family friendly” version of Rock Band, with more youth oriented songs.
Check out the Trailer below!
Judging by the Trailer, I seem skeptical about the game due to the “cheesiness” of the Lego people in Rock Band, and the song choice that they used for the trailer, so i took a look at the Song List for this game, and it just might be worth the money. (Links to Amazon)
“Accidentally In Love” Counting Crows
“Check Yes Juliet” We the Kings
“Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic” The Police
“Girls and Boys” Good Charlotte
“Kung Fu Fighting” Carl Douglas
“Life is a Highway” Rascal Flatts
“Make Me Smile (Come Up and See Me)” Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel
“Rooftops (A Liberation Broadcast)” Lostprophets
“Swing, Swing” The All-American Rejects
I have bolded the songs that i would really enjoy on this game. Knowing that for $9.99 I can export these songs to my HDD on my XBOX and play it with Rock Band 2 makes me ever more likely to buy it, unlike the Rock Band: Beatles
game.
Plus, I can play with my AWESOME LaneVids Rock Band Character instead of the Lego characters.
Lego Rock Band is set to be released next month, so make sure to get your copy by pre-ordering it on Amazon
