Long Version

Lane has been blogging/vlogging since late 2007, but has been creating movies since 2002, after his friend, Benji, gave him some editing software. Lane’s first major short film, Handicapped?, was the winner of the Audience Award at the Night Gallery Film Festival.

Lane started to get into the New Media/Social Media space after coming across the like of iJustine, Rhett and Link, and sXePhil. He hosts The iPhone App Show on his YouTube/LaneVid Channel and his Daily Vlog at his YouTube/L4anyrat Channel. He now is a current and frequent user or Twitter (Follow Me), Post all of his pictures to Flickr. He has also started his own LIVE SHOW that can be found on BlogTV Thursdays nights at 8:00pm, central time! Make sure to come and chat with me!

Lane has been playing video games since he and his brother, Brian, got their first Nintendo back in the mid-to-late ’80s. He had a box of over 50 games, until the Super Nintendo came out. He can remember bringing a fanny-pack of coins, totaling $200, to Toys ‘R Us to purchase this system. Lane then began to play a lot of computer games after his family got a computer, and this is when he got interested in the Internet. Lane decided to get a Nintendo Wii when he found out that you can play old school video games on it. Then he decided to get an XBOX 360 so that he could play games online and Rock Bank 2!

Lane’s favorite games are Mega Man, The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Rock Band, Star Craft, and Sim City.
