Relaxing with Family: I Caught a 28" Redfish!

We went fishing and caught a 28" Redfish! It was so exciting. We had a bit of a tough time; we went to about seven spots or so and it was the only fish we caught.
We showed the kids a video of our fishing trip later. Have you watched it yet? It's probably one of my favorite videos, so go watch it if you haven't. It's called 4th of July Fishing.
Then, we set up an inflatable pool for the kids. My dad bought the pool, but we hadn't found a pump to blow it up until now. We let the kids play before going to church.
After the kids played in the pool, we went to mass. Then, we went back to the camp to eat some fried shrimp. They were delicious.
Although we didn't catch that many fish today, it was still nice to catch one. It was the biggest fish we caught the whole time. Hopefully, we can catch some bigger ones this summer and go offshore again. I did that last year with my friends and I'd really like to do it again. I'd love to catch some snapper; they're fun to catch if you don't get seasick.
