Yes, cars are allowed on Whitecap Beach. Visitors can drive their vehicles onto the sand and park in designated areas. There are a few restrictions, however. Vehicles must have a valid beach sticker which can be purchased at the nearby gas station right down the road from the beach. You are not allowed to drive on the beach from May 1 to September 15.
Do you have to pay to go to Whitecap Beach?
No, you do not have to pay to go to Whitecap Beach, but there is a parking permit that you need to buy for parking.. There is a small parking fee, but once you are on the beach, there are no other costs.
Does Whitecap Beach have public restrooms?
Yes, Whitecap Beach does have public restrooms. They are located near the entrance to the beach, and they are open during daylight hours. There are also public showers and changing rooms available.
