Gone Fishing in Louisiana
Gone Fishing in Louisiana
The Travel Vlog Family
Good morning! Who's ready for a big day of fishing? We're up so early that it's still dark outside, but it seems like today will be a pretty good day. The only thing going against us is the tides, and we're going out pretty far, so hopefully, we can catch a bunch of trout. Someone told me that they caught 60 trout and five redfish yesterday. He told me where they were, so I think we have good odds of catching some fish. The first thing we caught was a catfish.
We've had a rough day of fishing. We cannot find anything, and we keep catching catfish. There is a school of something coming through and shrimp popping on top of the water. We have three poles in the water, and we've only caught one trout since this whole school has been through. It makes no sense.
It was the longest day of fishing that I have ever had. We were on the water for 11 hours and caught about ten trout. Our limit was 75, 25 per person. We went to almost every fishing spot we knew and barely caught a thing. I don't know what was going on with the water today. It was frustrating. Our official count was 12 fish.
Today was a long day.
It's a little after 10:00 p.m., and I'm exhausted from fishing all day. I didn't get a chance to take a nap because we still had a lot of other stuff to do. We had to get the boat ready, take baths, and eat dinner, and by the time we did all that, it was like 08:00 and almost time to go to bed. We may try to go fishing again tomorrow, so subscribe to the YouTube channel if you want to see that.
