Family's Last Hours in New Orleans

Our Last Hours in New Orleans

The Travel Vlog Family

Good morning! We went to church at the St. Louis Cathedral because I'd never been to mass there before. Then, we needed to check out and go home. We just learned that it's the oldest active cathedral in the United States, which is pretty cool. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to stop at Cafe Du Monde because line was way too long.

When we arrived at home, we got a package from Kate, Krista's mom, with a little pink dress for Amelia. She came to town and brought some stuff in a fancy basket. There was also a little figurine from a company that makes jewelry and conversation pieces from recycled telephone wire. How awesome is that?! Thanks, Kate!

For dinner, we had chicken in the pot. Krista made up a recipe with carrots, chicken, mushrooms, onions, garlic and white wine in gravy. It was delicious.

I'm exhausted. I started watching The Amazing Race, but I fell asleep.

The Shiggity Shank of the day comes from GhostLaughingMan who says the coolest place he's ever visited is our vlog. It is a pretty awesome place, I must say!
